Tissot the official timekeeper of the MotoGP Championship
Tissot MotoGP watches commemorates this year’s competition
Tissot has been given the nod now for the thirteenth consecutive year to produce the limited edition MotoGP watches in two official styles this year. And this year’s MotoGP Championship watch is sure to inspire with it’s rotating bezel and carbon composite elements:
“The Tissot T-Race MotoGP Limited Edition 2012 watches are available in automatic and quartz versions, with the automatic edition limited to 2012 pieces and driven by the revolutionary C01.211 chronograph movement. The quartz edition has been produced in a series of 8,888 pieces.
Both models draw inspiration from the MotoGP machines and incorporate a dynamic black based strap with a yellow aerodynamic T-line, a dashboard-inspired dial, a bezel resembling a bike’s brake disc and have carbon composites. Both editions are also presented in a MotoGP checkered flag collector’s box.”
The most notable addition to the MotoGP limited edition watches are the BRIGHT YELLOW accent stripes, second hand and numbering reminiscent of their 2008 limited edition MotoGP watches.
For motorcycle fans, the MotoGP race is one of the most important races of the year. If you are looking to take home a very special piece of this event, then the 2012 Championship watch will be a cherished addition to your watch collection.
